Lora

Mermaid Waters, GOLD COAST, QLD, 4218, Australia

Breed: Rainbow Lorikeet

Age: 6 Months

Reason for Rehoming: Lora must sadly be rehomed due to changes in her owner’s circumstances, meaning she can sadly no longer provide Lora with the care she needs.

Lora is a gentle, hand-raised rainbow lorikeet with a sweet, affectionate nature. Tame and trusting, she enjoys being close to her people, offering soft kisses and happily sharing both quiet and playful moments with her toys. She has a lovely balance of independence and attachment, content to play on her own before seeking closeness again. With her calm temperament and kind disposition, she forms strong bonds with those she feels safe with.

Lora would be best suited to a stable, loving home where she can continue to receive the care and companionship she needs as a young bird raised in human care. She settles into a routine, enjoys fresh fruits, vegetables, nectar mix, and natural enrichment, and will bring joy, warmth, and a very special presence to the right home that understands and cherishes her.

Healthy: Yes

Medication: None required

The adoption fee for Lora is $400 and includes her cage, toys, and food.
