Oscar is a gentle, affectionate, playful soul with a loving heart. He’s been raised around kids from newborn to age 12 and is trusted completely with their safety and though is still very young, has gone through his first two puppy years making companionship much easier for his adopter. His calm, submissive nature makes him easy to love, and he’s happiest when playing with other dogs or relaxing nearby.
Oscar loves playtime — tug-of-war, wrestling, or just zooming around the yard. He’s not one to bark or cause mischief, but he does need a home with space to run and explore and an active lifestyle, acreage or a large fenced property. He’s obedient, responds to recall, and is well-mannered on lead. He has a strong chase instinct though so isn’t suited to homes with livestock.
Oscar is best suited to an outdoor lifestyle with room to burn off energy, ideally with another friendly dog. He’s affectionate, social, and eager to please — and will reward his forever family with unwavering loyalty.
The adoption fee for Oscar is just $99. All proceeds go to assuring that Into Loving Homes can continue to match animals to better suited, permanent, loving homes.
