Reason for Rehoming: Merlin unfortunately needs a new home because the current living situation no longer provides the space and environment required for an enriched life.

Merlin is a gentle cockatiel with a soft nature. Enjoying attention and attempting to sing when feeling comfortable, Merlin also loves mirrors and has previously enjoyed the company of other cockatiels. When the cage door is open, Merlin can be a little hesitant and benefits from gentle guidance when stepping out to explore and play.

Merlin would be best suited to a home that can provide more space, ideally a larger cage or an aviary, with daily interaction and steady companionship. Good with children, as well as dogs and cats, Merlin would thrive in a household that can offer patient care and, ideally, other cockatiels for company. In the right home, Merlin will be a loving companion who flourishes with attention and care.
