Winnie and Cheeky have shared a cage and been inseparable for the past six years, and they need to remain together for the rest of their lives.
Winnie — 6 years old
Winnie is a playful, cheeky, hand-raised boy who has been with his owner since he was a baby. He is very active and curious and loves to keep busy. He is always looking for something to chew and needs plenty of stimulation, including fresh foliage, seed, vegetables, fruit and seagrass.
Winnie enjoys coming out of his cage for a little fly around, nibbling on your hair and, if you’re lucky, receiving a pat around his neck. He has beautiful grey and white feathers. He can be a little nippy and has picked up some cheeky habits from his older mate, so he would suit someone who understands and is comfortable with this.
Cheeky — 23 years young
Cheeky is a sweet bird who has also been with his owner since he was a baby. He was hand-raised but, over the years, has become more cautious around human contact and can be bitey. He is no longer a hands-on bird and prefers most of his time to remain in or by his cage.
Although Winnie may seem like the more outgoing and approachable of the two, he is not himself without Cheeky.
