Sonic did terribly with ‘meet and greets’ because although he was very affectionate with his foster carer, he was formerly a street cat and learned to only trust those who earned it. We knew he would be wonderfully affectionate with an adopter eventually, just like he was with his carer, but we also knew he would need an adopter that didn’t expect he’d come running up saying “Choose me!” upon meeting. One month since his adoption day, his adopter now has a very loyal, affectionate and loving Sonic. 💕🏡🐈
