Madonna leads Into Loving Homes and the Into Loving Homes Foundation, creating Australia’s first professionally facilitated, no-shelter rehoming service where pets stay safely at home until matched.
Driven by compassion and integrity, she believes every animal deserves a gentle transition and a perfectly matched forever home. She’s known for transforming Australian rehoming — founding ‘Til The Cows Come Home for farmed animals once deemed waste, and now pioneering a fully shelter-free adoption model.
Outside of work, she’s usually adventuring with her daughter, surrounded by animals, or dreaming up new ways to make the world kinder.
Reneê leads a dream team of five volunteers who help families and animals every day.
“Animals are precious companions who bring love and joy into homes, and I’m here to help make that happen,” she says.
With a systems-thinking mind, Reneê has built the processes that allow our one-of-a-kind, no-shelter, home-to-home adoption service to run smoothly and grow sustainably. Her genuine love for helping people shines through in every interaction, offering warmth, clarity, and compassion as she supports families through the heartbreak of rehoming a beloved pet. Reneê’s steady presence and big heart help guide and strengthen the work we do at Into Loving Homes.
Andrea drives Into Loving Homes’ online presence with content and visuals designed to showcase the world what we do. From engaging social media posts to informative webpages, her work helps us to meaningfully connect with our audience.
Fuelled by endless curiosity and a passion for animal welfare, she’s constantly motivated to find new ways of advocating for responsible pet ownership and promoting our home-to-home adoption method.
When she’s not working on designs for Into Loving Homes, Andrea can be found cuddling her dog, reading, or joking around with family and friends!
Jasmin brings creativity, warmth, and heart to everything she does at Into Loving Homes. She’s known for the genuine connections she forms with both our team and the families we work with, making every interaction feel personal and meaningful.
From managing our social media to handling logistics that would make most heads spin, Jasmin keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes — all with a smile and a calm, can-do spirit. Her passion for helping animals and people shines through in every post, every message, and every carefully planned step along the way.
Marcia is often the first friendly voice you’ll hear when calling Into Loving Homes. She handles messages and guides our community through the process of safely and securely rehoming their animals, ensuring every transition is from one loving home to another.
“I have been an animal lover all my life and believe I can add value to an organisation that truly cares about the welfare of our pets, while supporting people through the difficult decisions they sometimes face,” Marcia says.
Known for her empathy, care, and deep respect for all animals as sentient beings, Marcia brings warmth and understanding to every interaction. “I am now retired from paid work and feel valued and supported by a wonderful team of volunteers, which brings me a lot of joy,” she adds.
Jaslyn specialises in supporting people who are navigating the difficult decision to rehome, helping them understand and choose a home-to-home adoption path rather than surrendering to a shelter or pound, or facing euthanasia.
Often at the centre of conversations with families seeking our help, Jaslyn makes people feel heard and supported through what can be an emotional and overwhelming process. She also has a sharp eye for how things are working — and where they can be improved — regularly identifying gaps in our systems so we can continue strengthening our service.
Kat supports Into Loving Homes behind the scenes as PA to CEO Madonna Wild, helping bring social outreach and sponsorship projects to life, researching opportunities and generally pitching in wherever an extra pair of hands (or tabs open) is needed.
Guided by a deep love of animals and a strong belief in care that minimises stress and trauma, she’s proud to be part of a charity committed to keeping pets safe, supported and thoughtfully transitioned into new homes.
